The HR service and outsourcing provider, Vero HR, ends a busy awards season by securing the Customer Service Award at the Peterborough Telegraph Business Excellence Awards 2023.
The glittering ceremony celebrates the best in Peterborough business and more than 200 people attended the 27th annual awards evening at the Holiday Inn, Thorpe Wood.
Outstanding customer service was acknowledged in one of 13 award categories on the night, but it was Vero HR who came out on top – pipping two other finalists to the post – and took home the Customer Service Award.
The HR experts pride themselves on their top-level client service, which was reflected in an extraordinary +89 Net Promoter Score (NPS) during their 2023 customer satisfaction survey, and so this latest award win was the icing on the cake for the team.
