PETERBOROUGH, JANUARY 2024 — Vero HR,  multi-award-winning provider of outsourced HR solutions, is delighted to announce its 20th anniversary year in 2025, marking two decades of empowering businesses through its unique approach to people management services. To commemorate this milestone, the company is committed to giving something back to the community which has helped it grow, through launching a meaningful charitable initiative: 20 Good Deeds for 20 Years.

Over the past two decades, Vero HR has been a trusted partner to organisations across all sectors, delivering innovative and tailored HR solutions that drive business success and help their staff achieve their goals.

20 Years of dedication, support, and service

Founded in January 2005 by husband and wife, Mike and Shirley Kealey, Vero HR’s vision was to provide small to medium-sized organisations with access to the full range of professional services, steadily building a team with both depth and breadth of experience.

Now with a team approaching 45 professionals, Vero HR has one of the biggest, if not the biggest corporate-sized HR team in the Cambridgeshire area, enabling small businesses and not-for-profit organisations to access professional HR services at a fraction of the cost. With a strong focus on personal service, Vero HR offers HR services along with a range of other integrated, value-adding people services, offering clients a one-stop shop for managing their wider HR activities.

20 Good deeds for 20 years

Vero HR’s celebratory year will be supported by various festivities and exciting new projects, one of which is the 20 Good Deeds for 20 Years initiative. Throughout the year, the Vero HR team will embark on a series of charitable activities designed to create a positive impact locally.

The team has activities lined up for January already, such as the start of a year-long group challenge of walking 20,000 miles to raise money for the Brittle Bone Society, a local food bank collection, and sponsoring local special educational needs (SEN) children and their families to attend and enjoy an inclusive circus show.
