Absolutely not. Your employees continue to be your employees. HR outsourcing simply takes care of the day-to-day tasks and provides advice and guidance when required, allowing you to focus on the strategic aspects of running and growing a business.

This depends on many factors. Our packages are bespoke and tailored to your needs, meaning the cost will be very much driven by the services you require. Support can be from as low as £150 per month.

You may have an urgent, ad-hoc HR requirement, where our HR consultancy option would be the best route forward. But if you’re looking for ongoing HR advice, support and resources available to dip into anytime, you’ll be looking at our HR outsourcing packages. Our friendly team will be more than happy to chat with you in more detail to work out the best option to achieve your goals.

They should contact your dedicated HR contact to discuss the issue. From there, we will agree on the best course of action to help, which may include liaising with our technical, payroll or recruitment teams to ensure the issue is resolved as efficiently as possible.

There are certain legal aspects you must have in place and an employee handbook is a great way to easily hold and communicate all relevant information to your employees regarding the benefits and policies you have too. But don’t worry if you do not already have a handbook, we can help you create one bespoke to your organisational requirements.
